Truth of Debate

Yesterday's Republican Presidential debate brought out absolute truth. U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback's remarks--Faith and Reason and Pro-Life and Whole Life is the absolute truth! Faith and Reason is the core of Catholic moral values. Moral values are the highest natural values. Faith Alone--"Sola Fides" is the absolute reason why many Biblical principles comong through Fundamentalist Protestantism is falsehood. I am not knocking Protestants, but Protestant Biblical doctrines. Irreverance which is rooted in pride and concupiscence approaches everything with a presumptious, sham superiority with no interiority, or intrinsic value. Remember! Moral unconciousness is a form of irresponsibility. Sola Fides is not rooted in charity!
In '1Cor. 13:2' St. Paul exhorts, I can have faith to move mountains and have not love I am nothing. Charity must permeate love for the beloved. Faith with fidelity, not faith alone is essential for spirtual growth. Morality means the rightness or wrongness of human acts. Pro-Life and Whole -Life means the absolute God like attitudes towards a human being from the moment of conception to the moment of death. Utilitarianism is a fruit of Protestantism. Ethics which can be called moral philosophy must be based on Biblical truth. False doctrines such as Unconditional Election and Total Depravity is where unhuman deeds based on selfishness initiate from. Remember some people distort scripture to their own destruction.--'2 Pet. 3:15-16'!
Implement the Golden Rule in your life!--'Matt. 7:12'--Luke 6:31'. Leadership development begins with an attitude adjustment towards the truth of God. Mercy, compassion, purity, integrity, peacemaking, and charity of heart must challenge the human perpspective. A president must do the right thing for the right reason that edifies God and his creation. I believe Sam Brownback is the right person. God Bless You.

Catholic Morals- Presidential Actions

Look at the five leading Presidential Candidates. Democratic and Republican. Hillary Clinton--Barak Obama-John Edwards-Dem. Rudy Giuliani--John McCain Rep.

Their political agenda violates Catholic moral and social teaching which is based on Biblical Principles, Christian Virtues and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Biblical Principles, the Catechism and Natural Law condemns and forbids Abortion--Euthanasia, and Homosexual Marriage.

Abortion "the culture of death is murder" Euthanasia -- killing a person mercifully for mankinds own agenda and initiative -- is murder.

The Bible calls Same Sex -- or Homosexual Marriage "The Reprobate Mind" -- "The Reprobate Sense" In both Catholic and Protestant Bibles. Look at the King James Bible and Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible calls these acts of depravity, and perversity absolute iniquity and evil. Acts of perversion which violates Natural Law. 'Romans 1:26-28' K.J.V. states,

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections; for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature; and likewise also the men leaving the natural use of the women, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of the error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.

Paragraph 2357--Catechism of the Catholic Church condemns homosexual actions. The Catechism calls same sex actions, acts of grave depravity, acts which are intrinsically evil.

Look at 'Isaiah 5:20' Woe to those who call evil good and good evil. This is evident in American society and culture today. A Woe is a condemnation from God in a forcible language, threats of impending judgment or reprehensions for hypocritical actions.

Call Your Senator for a Clean Minimum Wage Hike

from www.letjusticeroll.org

Yes! The Senate has voted to limit debate on whether to raise the minimum wage. Your calls made a difference! Now the Senate must reject harmful amendments, and raise the minimum wage.

Call your Senators TOLL-FREE at 1-800-459-1887 today. Tell them to vote “yes” to raise the minimum wage, without delaying tactics or amendments.

Your calls are needed to win this vote and prevent harmful amendments! It's easy. Here's how:

Step 1: Call 1-800-459-1887, toll-free, to be connected to the U.S. Capitol Switchboard.

Step 2: Ask to be connected to your Senator's office. (If you're not sure of his or her name, click here: http://www.senate.gov and find your Senators by state at the upper right.)

Step 3: Tell the staffer who answers the phone:

“Please tell Senator ______ to vote “yes” on the bill to increase the minimum wage to $7.25 by 2009. Please - no more delays, no more amendments. Increase the minimum wage bill now!

Then follow steps 1-3 to call your other Senator.

Why your call matters: Congress raised its own pay $31,000 over the last 10 years, while refusing to raise the minimum wage. Meanwhile, a full-time minimum wage worker earns just $5.15 an hour, or $10,712 a year – nearly $6,000 below the poverty line for a family of three.
